ghostscript fonts are downloaded from SourceForge. However, SourceForge is currently experiencing technical issues, causing the error.

You can download the correct files from ​https://distfiles.macports.org/ghostscript/ and put them in /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/ghostscript.
