grass7 fails to update

I'm attempting to update grass7 from 7.4.0_1 to 7.4.0_2 and it fails:

 sudo port -u upgrade grass7

This is a dup of #56147, deinstall gdal, recompile it and retry. I mistakenly forgot to rev-bump proj, so your gdal compiled with the wrong proj. It should now be fixed.
