This is still a problem and needs to be fixed. As it stands, this port cannot be installed on the 3 most recent versions of macOS.

A comment in the port says "Keep in sync with py-llvmpy", so this applies to py-llvmpy too.

llvmpy was discontinued in favor of llvmlite five years ago.

llvmmath also was abandoned five years ago.

Ok, then you may wish to delete the ports. Or if you want to keep them for users of older systems, at least mark them (with known_fail yes and an error message) as unable to be installed on macOS 10.12 and later.
