linkchecker: Update to 9.4

Description
The linkchecker port currently has only linkchecker 9.3, which is broken, especially when checking sites with https.
There is a new version, 9.4, that resolves these issues.
Note: The old maintainers of linkchecker (https://github.com/wummel/linkchecker) have evaporated, and it is now being maintained in a new location (https://github.com/linkchecker/linkchecker) by a new crew of contributors.

Thanks, I didn't know it changed site - they made quite a few changes so it is not a simple bump.

The gui have been moved to https://github.com/linkchecker/linkchecker-gui
Still working on it....
