root5: remove +clang35 +clang36 variants

Description
These variants can be removed since the corresponding compiler ports (clang-3.5, clang-3.6) have been removed from MacPorts. Recommended replacement is clang-5.0.

Indeed... I don't really care about root5 any more though, its dead w.r.t. root6, so someone else who did has the update ready all the better.

I also would prefer to not follow trac any more, and just focus on GitHub ....

cjones051073: As you are the maintainer, submit a pull request, and then root5 will never result in another Trac ticket. :)

I first want to make sure no ports in MacPorts still use root5, and if there are get them motivated to migrate to root6. But then, yes, it would be time to think about obsoleting root5.

I just pushed an update for this, removing the old variants. I also updated the compiler whitelist to force the use of MPs clang 5.0, as this seems to now give better support than last time I tried. In particular it builds on maxOS10.13.
We still should push users of root5 (Users or ports) to root6. However thinking a bit more (better) than last time it might be worth keeping root5 for a bit, as root6 does not work on very old OSX versions.
