When I do
sudo port install bazel
I'm seeing the following issues within the log file:

It may build now, but it did not run.
I tried bazel and bazel21 on macOS 10.11.6 (El Capitan). Both crashed immediately with
Illegal instruction: 4
I tried building from source, but that did not work either.
