texlive-latex-extra conflicts with texlive-humanities after texlive 2018 upgrade

Description
When upgrading to texlive 2018, I get:
---> Activating texlive-latex-extra @47410_0+doc Error: Failed to activate texlive-latex-extra: Image error: /opt/local/share/texmf-texlive/doc/latex/leipzig/leipzig.pdf is being used by the active texlive-humanities port. Please deactivate this port first, or use 'port -f activate texlive-latex-extra' to force the activation. Error: See /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_dports_tex_texlive-latex-extra/texlive-latex-extra/main.log for details. Error: Problem while installing dblatex Error: Follow https://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets to report a bug.
The problem vanishes when first manually upgrading texlive-humanities, so the file probably moved from one to the other port. You should apply the deactivate hack: wiki:PortfileRecipes#deactivatehack.
