Description

Livecheck is disabled in subports (docbook-xsl-nons, docbook-xsl-ns, docbook-xsl-docs) by 

if {${subport} ne ${name}} {
    livecheck.type  none
}

and livecheck of docbook-xsl is disabled by the obsolete 1.0 PortGroup.
