Add Python 3.7 subport to py-markupsafe

Description

If a Python 3.7 subport could be added to py-markupsafe, that would be good, as it is a dependency for py-jinja2, which is in turn needed for #56875. Thanks

py37-markupsafe was added ​in this commit, which should have closed this ticket with its commit message.
