If a Python 3.7 subport could be added to py-requests-toolbelt, that would be good, thanks

Okay, I have tested it as suggested, and find that it works.

You should be able to just add 37 to the python.versions line of the Portfile:
Can you do so and test whether it works? I'm not running python 3.7 myself.
