angband: Update to 4.1.3

Closes: #56945

Patch Makefile.osx to allow architecture selection, to disable silent rules,
and to not override the MacPorts deployment target.

No longer require the universal variant to use the aqua variant. Instead
build for the architectures MacPorts requested.

Don't spend time running autoreconf when using the aqua variant since it
doesn't have a configure phase.

Patch autogen.sh to fix non-POSIX usage of "echo -n".

Patch Makefile to use the right LDFLAGS (-arch flags) when linking,
which resolves the x11 variant's conflict with the universal variant.
