Description
After updating to py36-notebook @5.6.0, running jupyter notebook
fail with the error:
pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'prometheus_client' distribution was not found and is required by notebook

Sorry but it appears that there is no py-prometheus_client package in the Macport distribution.

py-prometheus_client port was added just before (https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/commit/15326a8832e3f2da25ac8eca6e27a575003c3d2e). Syncing GH repo with port tree requires some time (usually one or two hours).
