Description
This is a blocker for gobject-introspection 1.58.0 and the various gnome 3.30 releases that depend on it. Thanks for your help.

I have not updated glib2 to 2.58.x yet because it did not build on Tiger. I haven't investigated that problem yet or reported it to the developers.

OK. But I would urge you to evalutate the problem and see whether it is likely to be resolved in the near future. Otherwise, I would suggest that you go ahead and do the upgrade as glib2-devel 2.58.1 built fine on the buildbots (10.5+) yesterday.

Can glib2 be upgraded at this point or are there still outstanding issues?
