In a2c289a350856932a31c8bc703f6f23685b66088/macports-ports (master):

ocaml-pcre: adopt new ocaml 1.1 portgroup, bump revision.

The ocaml 1.1 portgroup automatically registers a previously missing build
dependency on ocaml-ocamlbuild.
