MacVim build fails under Mojave.

main.log: :info:build Details: Failed to create workspace arena at <DVTFilePath:0x7f9dd8a075e0:'/opt/local/var/macports/home/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/MacVim-esamqxwogjmlbqflr ekcgedccbnl'>: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=513 "You don’t have permission to save the file “MacVim-esamqxwogjmlbqflrekcgedccbnl” in the folder “DerivedData”." It looks like the same issue as #57315, related to Xcode10.
