update gcc8-8.2.0_2 fails to build

Updating gcc8 to 8.2.0_2 failed to build. I just don't see where exactly the error occurred, as there are multiple warnings in the log (attached).

This is under macOS Mojave 10.14

Note: updating libgcc8 to libgcc8 @8.2.0_1 completed normally.
