Description
I have gmm installed, and I just tried to upgrade it. (4.0.4_0 < 4.0.4_1). It tried to install slepc, which failed. I've attached the log for that failure

It seems that the error is:
Although, it did successfully install petsc as part of the upgrade of gmm.
