Description
Upon installing scalapack, I had expected to have BLACS libraries installed, as indicated in the "port info" output for scalapack.
However, upon installing, these are the only contents I get:
bash-3.2$ sudo port contents scalapack Port scalapack contains: /opt/local/lib/cmake/scalapack-2.0.2/scalapack-config-version.cmake /opt/local/lib/cmake/scalapack-2.0.2/scalapack-config.cmake /opt/local/lib/cmake/scalapack-2.0.2/scalapack-targets-macports.cmake /opt/local/lib/cmake/scalapack-2.0.2/scalapack-targets.cmake /opt/local/lib/libscalapack.dylib /opt/local/lib/pkgconfig/scalapack.pc
During the installation process, it claims that the installation was successful. I have also tried uninstalling, cleaning, and reinstalling, which did not change the result. I have made sure that Macports and all other ports are updated.

I am chagrined to say that apparently the BLACS libraries are present. I tried to install a program that requires them, and it seems to find them in Scalapack. I was expecting to see explicit BLACS files in the contents list, but apparently that was incorrect. Sorry for the confusion.
