Binary packages for macOS 10.12 Sierra have not been building for a while, making port upgrades slow.

Yes, sorry about that... The MacPorts registry got corrupted on that builder, so I probably have to uninstall MacPorts entirely and reinstall it. Since rebuilding the nondistributable ports would take time, I wanted to first put the nondistributable archives on a private server. Fortunately that's nearly ready.
