The program gnome-internet-radio-locator does not crash, at least there are no traces in the DiagnosticReports folders.
I believe Apple blocks the program to run because it is an alternative to Apple Music, a proprietary service for radio.

If you are interested in running gnome-internet-radio-locator, I recommend installing it on GNU/Linux, a Free Operating System.

Replying to oleaamot:

What basis do you have to make that claim? I run Spotify and Pandora from macOS/iOS every day.

Spotify and Pandora are proprietary services.
I implemented gnome-internet-radio-locator in C with radio stations from major universities around the world.
It compiles and runs on GNU/Linux.
After I installed Apple Mac OS mojave 10.14.2 it hung, but now simply exits. There must be some kind of lock on signatures of executables that Apple refuses people to run. There is no other explanation.
The code itself compiles and executes normally on a decent operating system such as GNU/Linux, so there must be a fault with Apple.

Fixed in MacPorts on macOS 10.15.2.
Ole, I guess you're the port maintainer. Are you aware of how to find the crashlogs on Mojave? They should be in someplace like this:

That might give you / us a starting point to work from...
