ImageMagick: Update version to 7.0.8-24

Description

The current version of ImageMagick is 7.0.8-24. Updating the version number and checksums in the Portfile allows this version to build and test without incident on an iMac running OS X 10.14.2

Caveat... ImageMagick-7 is truly different from ImageMagick-6

So what breaks when blindly updating from ImageMagick-6 to ImageMagick-7?

Answer: Probably lots of stuff. For example, the latest version of Inkscape fails to build due to [among other things] a change in the signature of a constructor.

What to do?

Answer: Make haste slowly. Update to version 7 when the consequences of updating are understood.
