fribidi fails to build

Description
Having successfully solved my previous issue (Ticket #58037) with your help, I am now running into the next problem. Seem like fribidi does not want to build. I have seen some discussion about this on this forum, but not sure whether this is the same issue. Main.log attached.

Duplicate of #58024.
There's a ticket and a PR for this...we're just tweaking the ideal fix.
