These instructions are horribly outdated: https://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/thg/wiki/developers/MacOSX#!install-via-macports
We should simplify them to a single line of code sudo port install tortoisehg, I just didn't yet figure out how to do a pull request for the wiki.
