py27-pyqwt Failed to configure

Hi. I was attempting to install gnuradio. All dependencies were installed without issues. Except for py27-pyqwt, on which I am stuck.

Terminal output:

Clean and install was attempted. MacPorts updated. Nothing to upgrade. No effect.

Actually seems pretty similar to the ticket 58064. At least by the look of log.
