I was able to download the repo generated tar ball at https://salsa.debian.org/iso-codes-team/iso-codes/-/archive/iso-codes-4.2/iso-codes-iso-codes-4.2.tar.bz2

Maybe better would be to use our debian mirror_sites which are still alive and well.
iso-codes 4.2 can be found at http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/i/iso-codes/iso-codes_4.2.orig.tar.xz

Yes, I noticed that the old Alioth service iso-codes was hosted on is no more. We should see if other ports are using that service and update them too.
I noticed the tag for 4.2 doesn't have any downloads attached. The tag for 4.1 does so I was considering updating to that version instead until upstream attaches the files for 4.2. Or maybe separate files are no longer needed and we can use the repo-generated tarball; I didn't check that.
