I think that would add a lot of clutter to the Port field if many ports are listed. We should have a better web interface to the ports index that would link back to tickets, to the Portfile, and even builds. See #19300 and #36325.
Those two tickets address different needs. #36325 is about linking from website to Trac, and this ticket is about linking from Trac to website. #19300 is related and this ticket should be updated to “link to port page” instead of “link to Portfile” as soon as #19300 is implemented, but #19300 is a rather large task and no one seems to be picking it up.
