Emacs 26.2 hangs during build phase

Description
I tried to upgrade my Emacs to version 26.2 but it hangs during the build phase literally for days, see attached log file. I do not know what is special with Loading term/common-win... and have no clue how to debug this further. Is anyone facing the same issue?

I have no idea what is happening. I wasn't able to build the emacs-app port for days because of the freezing I described above. I tried again just now and it worked like a charm. Please close this ticket as I can't reproduce the issue. Thanks!
