In the future, please use WikiFormatting, fill in the Port field and add the port maintainer(s) to Cc (port info --maintainers OpenBLAS), if any.

please follow the steps here <​https://trac.macports.org/ticket/58333#comment:8> and see if that fixes it for you, as it has worked for most people with this error.
