Description
Please find attached a Portfile for commons-lang3, which is useful for the (upcoming) pdftk-java port. pdftk-java itself is a suggestion in #58469 to replace the aging pdftk and its gcj problems.
Macports has also a port for commons-lang 2.

I also want to note that although MacPorts tends to have the latest major release of a package have the "unversioned" port name and suffix the version of older releases, I think that in this case using commons-lang3
for the newer version while keeping the old version as commons-lang
is more consistent with what other package managers have done, rather than making this submission be the new commons-lang
port and renaming the old one to commons-lang2
.

I have created a pull request from this: https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/4925

As I pointed out in #58755, it would be better to submit this as a pull request instead.
