Description
The current version of Sysdig in ports is 0.13.0. Version 0.26.2 was release on August 6, 2019.

I'd like to request that the port be revbumped to the new version.

To clarify: "revbump" as I understand it just means "revision bump", where only the revision of a port is increased, and not the version; if the version of a port increases, the revision is supposed to be reset to 0. A revbump is necessary only when a port has been changed but without being updated to a new version, and needs to be rebuilt.
