Accompanying port devel/mongo-tools 4.0.12 should be updated accordingly. Thanks.

Note that the build now requires Python 3.7; see ​this mailing list thread.

Yes, this should be done. I'm not working on it yet, though, so it's available if anybody else wants to work on the update.
