I searched for open tickets before filing this one. The other ticket should be left open until the mailx build failure no longer exists, either by fixing the port or by marking it replaced by another.

mailx is dead and I will propose to make it obsoleted once other OpenSSL 1.1-related build failures are addressed.
Duplicate of ticket:58990, which is closed as WONTFIX.
