Description

during a 

port upgrade outdated

I get the following error: 

--->  Computing dependencies for py36-numpy
The following dependencies will be installed:  python36
Continue? [Y/n]: y
--->  Activating python36 @3.6.9_1
Error: Failed to activate python36: sqlite error: cannot rollback - no transaction is active (1)

Same issue after a port clean.

I suspect that this is an issue on that particular system. Since Trac is not for tech support, follow-up on the ​Macports Users mailing list instead.
