Description

I decided to try a clean install of MacPorts to deal with some upgrade errors after I upgraded XCode. Now I have a new error in my attempt to build py27-scipy.

py36-scipy @1.3.1_1 fails on the same machine, too.

this ticket is very old, the latest version of {P{py27-scipy}}} is 1.23.1 ; and I think quite a few changes to compilers have happened in the meantime. If you're still interested, please try installing the latest version; if you still have problems please open a new ticket.
