Build fails on OS X 10.11:

In 2071c79f088d70040eafdf34546e461473af7072/macports-ports (master):

lldb 5.0 to devel: tweak failing systems

to match results on buildbot from recent revbumps
add known_fail to prevent needless build attempts

note: some of these older systems might build lldb with effort
the missing pieces might be replaced by legacysupport
