I'm not aware of any version of macOS that has a /Library/Apple directory so I'm not sure why the build is looking there.

I'm not aware of any version of macOS that has a /Library/Apple directory so I'm not sure why the build is looking there.
Looks like macOS Catalina does have a /Library/Apple directory.
