​nut fails to build on 10.6: 

Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64:
  "_strnlen", referenced from:
      _upsdrv_updateinfo in nutdrv_atcl_usb.o
ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture x86_64

The legacysupport portgroup can provide a definition of strnlen.
