Description

rspamd 2.1 is available. Since this is a new major version, we should carefully examine what has changed. Depending on how different it is from version 1.x, we should either update rspamd or maybe make a new rspamd2 port.

Note: There is no reason to change the name of this port to
rspamd2 because configuration is compatible with version 1.
