I must admit, I don't understand where the reference to pyqt4 or gobject3 came from. I don't see them in py38-dateutil's rdeps. And yet the buildbot encountered them while trying to mirror the port.

I think I caused it, but I'm not entirely sure how; AFAICT
py-dateutil
doesn't depend onpyqt4
