Compiling error again. I attached the log file.

Please do the following: 

sudo port clean mariadb-10.2
sudo port selfupdate
sudo port install mariadb-10.2

and, if that fails, then upload the new build log.

Same bug here, clean, selfupdate, install have no effect.

mariadb-10.2: make libxml2 a top-level dependency again

Remove +connect_with_libxml2 variant.
Rev-bump just in case.

mariadb-10.2: make libxml2 a top-level dependency again

Remove +connect_with_libxml2 variant.
Rev-bump just in case.
