macportsbot not working for GitHub PRs

Description

The "macportsbot" isn't adding labels and/or notifying maintainers anymore for GitHub PRs. It appears this started yesterday and PR 6031 is the last one that still worked.

I don't know anything about the bot.

I started it manually just now.

There may be a different problem as well, because the log currently says:
