Description
php4 currently lacks a variant, with which to enable --with-dom. The attached Portfile (diff) gives this.

Seems to apply to 4.4.2 (I won't do a new bug about it). But if this is not done, it will block a new port I am preparing

commited as integral additions to php4 instead of variants - this way we can have the midgard* ports depend on php4; also having dom & dba support is far from being esoteric.
