Description
The port depends on python27, but I think one of the previous version needs python only, not the current one.

The Portfile still indicates a runtime dependency on Python (now version 3.8).
Is this correct? How would librsvg even know to use specifically python3.8 when the only reference to this specific Python version is in the runtime dependency specification in the Portfile?
Please remove the dependency if it is just a leftover.
