Port was last updated to 1.0.0-pre2 in 2005. Latest upstream release is 1.5.0 (released in 2017).
Port currently depends on EOL port servlet24-api: #58389
Port also has fallback dependency on deprecated port kaffe; if the port is to be kept, it should instead use the Java portgroup: #60206
(I personally do not need this port, and have considered removing it, starting by proposing to remove its only dependent statcvs: https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/6605)
