ABANDONED: BUG: mod_fastcgi needs a patch to work with apache 2.2.0

There's a patch in the mod_fastcgi developer mailing list archive that has been working for me:

This is only cc'd to the maintainer since I'm not sure rufuran.org works:

It appears the domain expired as whois shows it unregistered. I wonder if we have a policy for this?

I'd say the abandonment policy applies.

The maintainer is either watching bugs here and will catch it, or isn't.

In either case the maintainer email address obviously needs to be updated.
