port diagnose Error: currently installed version of Xcode, 11.5, is not supported by MacPorts. For your currently installed system, only the following versions of Xcode are supported: 11.4.1 11.4 11.3.1 11.3

Xcode 11.5 was just recently released, so it hasn't been added to our list yet. It's probably fine to use. If you try it and something doesn't work, let us know.

Installation of 11.6 is in progress. I don't open a new ticket for this
