Description
When I try to build and install the emacs-devel package, I'm running into the following problem:
~% sudo port -v install emacs-devel +carbon ---> Fetching emacs-devel CVS moved to cvs.savannah.[non]gnu.org Check http://savannah.gnu.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=4168 for details. Anonymous access over SSH is replaced by the (more efficient) pserver. cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any) Error: Target com.apple.fetch returned: CVS check out failed Warning: the following items did not execute (for emacs-devel): com.apple.activate com.apple.fetch com.apple.extract com.apple.checksum com.apple.patch com.apple.configure com.apple.build com.apple.destroot com.apple.archive com.apple.install
It looks like the way the package currently attempts to checkout a copy of the source from Savannah CVS no longer works. This is my first bug report. Please excuse me if I am not using bugzilla correctly. Thanks.
