A error message after reinstall to Catalina 10.15.5 and gnu tls port is missiong 

Failed to parse file devel/gnutls/Portfile: expected boolean value but got "${xcodeversion} == 11.4 || ${xcodeversion} == 11.4"

xcode-select version 2373.

I believe this was fixed in [16a9cee92aeaacec7c36dda980243070907b1a26/macports-ports]? Please sudo port selfupdate and try again.
