Description
Current Duplicity release is 0.8.14
It now supports python 3.7, so please move from 2.7

And unless duplicity is not compatible with it, we should move to the latest stable version of python, which is currently 3.8.

There were a couple of dependecies that needed to be updated with a py38-*
Didn't know if I could mash all into 1 PR, so I made separate PR's for all 3. Assuming that was the correct way. Or what's general practice?

I had a “Closes: ...” in the commit msg, but it must've fell out. If someone could please close it manually instead. thx.

oh doh, duplicty != Duplicity, so I really don't care about this port. Someone else might. Just close if you want (doesn't seem I have the power.
