The git that Macports points to doesn't seem to exist these days. Not sure if it's been incorporated into openconnect or what.

I've sent an email to the developer to ask where it went.

I see there's a ​mirror on gitlab. We can use that for now.

The original repo has disappeared, though it's still mentioned on the
project's homepage.
